Zhejiang Jintuo Mechanical Manufacturing is located at Yongkang, Zhenjiang Province. An area that the majority of vibration machines in the globle market are made from. The area has cultivated a complete industrial and economic eco-system that consists of factories of various manufacturing specialties, parts and components supplies, engineers and skilled workers. Zhejiang Jintuo Machnical and Electrical started in 1984 as a metal pipe and sheet welding shop. Ever since established, the founders, brothers Lin Wei and Lin Tao, have been controlling and running the factory. Originally came from hands-on engineering background, the brothers have accumulated practical expereince in mechanical and electrical work and quality control system.
Today, Zhejiang Jintuo is a large manufacturer wth over 500 employees, all working in its well equipped 50,000 sqm factory. For 10 years, the factory has been focusing on manufacturing vibration machines and other fitness equipemnet, and has vertically intergrated the majority of processes in house, including pipe and sheet metal cutting, bending, pressing, welding, sand blasting, plastic mold injection, finishing, testing and packaging. The production lines are equiped with advanced CNC laser pipe cutting machines, CNC 
sheet metal cutting machines, robot welding and manual welding lines, assembly lines, powder coating lines, and testing labs, etc.
Zhejiang Jintuo is ISO9001:2000 certified for quality system, and ISO14001:2004 certified for management system. Other certificates achieved including TUV, SGS, CE, GB17498.6-2008, CQC, and CCC etc.
